Diamond pendants
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes, your own diamond can be set in a new pendant in the Lyppens workshop. Together, we will discuss your preferences regarding the design, the colour of the gold and the setting. Naturally, we will also consider the options best suited to the shape, dimensions and characteristics of your diamond.
Lyppens offers various types of diamond pendants, including solitaire pendants, halo pendants and initial pendants. Diamonds can also be combined with gemstones such as sapphire, ruby and emerald. Many designs can be customised or made entirely to measure in our workshop.
You can gently clean your diamond pendant at home using lukewarm water and a soft brush. Avoid harsh cleaning products, as these may damage the jewellery. We also recommend having the pendant and its setting inspected regularly by the Lyppens workshop. This allows any signs of wear or loose settings to be detected at an early stage.
The lead time for a bespoke diamond pendant depends on the design and specifications. A relatively simple design can often be crafted within two to three weeks, while more complex designs may take longer to produce. During the design process, we will inform you of the expected lead time.
